Our Story
StructureCert PE was founded in 2008 with a simple mission: provide South Florida property owners with professional, responsive structural engineering services they can trust.
Our founder, a Florida-licensed Professional Engineer with over two decades of structural engineering experience, recognized that building owners often struggled to find qualified engineers who would respond quickly and communicate clearly—especially when facing tight recertification deadlines.
Following the tragic Surfside collapse in 2021, the need for qualified, accessible structural engineers became even more critical. We expanded our team and capabilities to meet the increased demand for milestone inspections and SIRS studies, helping hundreds of condo associations achieve compliance with new Florida safety requirements.
Today, StructureCert PE serves property owners, condo associations, property managers, and contractors throughout Miami-Dade and Broward Counties with a full range of structural engineering services.
