The Phase 2 Process: Step by Step
Phase 1 findings reviewed
Engineer identifies the specific locations and structural elements that triggered the Phase 2 requirement. A targeted testing plan is prepared.
Testing plan submitted to owner/board
Before any work begins, we submit a detailed testing plan showing exactly what will be opened, tested, and restored. Board approval is obtained.
